The technology used in Enviro Control plants has been developed by Dr David Stafford, an acknowledged and published world authority in wastewater treatment and biological recycling. Dr Stafford has also developed, together with others, microbial detection systems and environmental exposure technique measurements related to disease.

Dr Stafford has over 25 years' research experience. He is a member of the Society of Applied Microbiology and the New York Academy of Sciences, a Senior Fellow at the University of Exeter, England and Visiting Research Professor in Applied Microbiology at West Virginia State College, USA.
