How much disruption
does installation cause?
Installing an Enviro Control anaerobic digester should cause very
little disruption. All construction is external to your operation
and takes between 6–12 months from design to completion depending
on size of project. For most installations, startup is achieved
within six weeks after construction.

How much maintenance
is required?
Enviro Control anaerobic digesters are designed for low-maintenance
operation. There are no special skills needed to operate the system.
Our systems are turnkey units that include design,
construction, project management, off-site monitoring and support.
Because so many of the critical functions, such as temperature control
and bacterial balance, are handled by computers (using programs
developed by Enviro Control to avoid problems with software) , routine
maintenance is simple and not labour-intensive. The system can remain
dormant in periods of business down-time without affecting future
performance.
