The projects being developed by ECL Developments have the support of Tersus Plc in provision of financing for eligible projects. The form of each operational project could be by way of Build Own Operate and Transfer (BOOT) or Build Operate and Transfer (BOT).

Other tailor-made financial investments are available for certain projects with appropriate financial returns.
